After two decades leading human resources and workforce development for major organizations like Heidelberg Materials and Per Scholas, Stephanie Valadez faced a turning point when her role was eliminated. Rather than re-entering the corporate workforce, she chose to bet on herself and pivot into entrepreneurship to make a more personal impact.

As the owner of Assisted Living Locators Flower Mound and the Surrounding Denton County Area, she leverages her deep leadership background to guide families through the complexities of senior care.

Stephanie’s transition into senior care is deeply personal, inspired by her own journey caring for aging grandparents and parents. This firsthand experience, combined with her professional expertise, allows her to navigate the emotional and logistical challenges of aging with empathy and clarity.

A dedicated community leader, Stephanie serves as the Advisory Board Chair of the American Red Cross North Texas Region and volunteers with Metrocrest Services. She holds a B.A. from Texas State University, an executive coaching certificate from the University of Texas at Dallas, and is a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA).
