Michael Kelley is a Chicago-based entrepreneur dedicated to community development and economic mobility. Since 2009, he has founded several ventures, including the marketing firm +kam, the shared workspace Deora Concept, and various real estate investments. In 2020, he organized Bennett Place, a resident-led redevelopment project in the South Shore neighborhood of Chicago that will bring a locally-owned sit-down restaurant to formerly vacant storefronts.

The building will also launch TIDE Kitchen, a QSR Incubator built to create anchor tenants for additional redevelopment projects - and hopefully the next big franchise concept. Michael lives in South Shore with his wife and three children.
