Jonathan Massey is Senior Vice President of Franchise Development at Hana Brands, where he leads U.S. franchise development and growth strategy. He brings nearly two decades of experience building and scaling franchise systems across restaurant, retail foodservice, and nontraditional channels, with leadership experience at Pizza Hut, Wingstop, Shipley Do-Nuts, Krispy Kreme, and Restaurant Brands International/Burger King.

Throughout his career, Jonathan has led franchise growth across brands at multiple stages of development—from building and accelerating emerging development pipelines to helping scale established global franchise systems. At Shipley Do-Nuts, he helped transform the brand’s franchise development pipeline and expand into new markets; at Wingstop, he helped drive significant franchise growth across the U.S.; and at Pizza Hut, he led the 1,200-location, $300M+ Pizza Hut Express business and helped return the brand to positive net unit growth. His experience spans franchise sales and development, franchisee recruitment, market expansion, nontraditional growth, operations, and building scalable development platforms.
