CEO, Prexsentials LLC and City of Dallas Franchise Impact Ambassador

ABOUT THE SPEAKER

Carlos White is a transactional attorney, business integrator, and founder of Prexsentials LLC, a legal and business advisory firm (“Prexsentials”). Carlos specializes in helping companies develop and implement transactional strategies and solutions to grow and scale their businesses.

Carlos is an Ivy League law graduate. Prior to forming Prexsentials, he served as a Partner at three of the largest U.S. law firms: FBT Gibbons, Husch Blackwell, and Lathrop GPM. He also served as General Counsel of Black Box Corporation (formerly known as AGC Networks), a DFW-based information technology company that currently has an annual revenue exceeding $700 million.

Due to Carlos’ deep experience and proven track record in the franchising space, he was tapped as the Franchise Impact Ambassador for the City of Dallas by Mayor Eric Johnson. In this role, he leads Mayor Johnson’s first-of-its-kind initiative to showcase Dallas as a global leader in franchising and a preeminent hub for scaling franchise businesses. Economic development and business mentoring are true passions for Carlos, and throughout his career, he has served on various economic and community development boards.
