Ashley is a native Texan, attended SMU for her undergraduate and Master’s degree and has worked in a variety of industries over her professional career. Ashley was a Vice President at Goldman Sachs before making the transition into the nonprofit space. She is an accomplished business and community development leader with expertise in operations, human resources, and entrepreneurship. As Business Cohort Coordinator at Watermark Community Development Corporation, she supports business growth initiatives and helps entrepreneurs access the resources, guidance, and support needed to succeed.

Ashley is also a mom to 5 year old twins, has been married to Nick for 8 years and loves to spend her free time reading or running her side business.
