PreXsentials LLC (“PXL”) Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”)

PXL values you as a customer and recognizes the need to safeguard the personal information that you
provide to PXL in order to assist us in providing products or services to you. This Privacy Policy explains
how PXL collects, uses and safeguards your personal information. For California residents, please also see
the supplemental California Privacy Policy, which complies with the California Consumer Privacy Act of
2018 ("CCPA").

1. Collection - As used in this Privacy Policy, "personal information" means any information that may be used to identify an individual, including, without limitation, name, email address, home, address, title, occupation, industry, or other identifying information. PXL collects personal information when you establish a PXL account, as to be included in an e-mail or other mailing list, submit an entry for a
sweepstakes or other promotion, or otherwise submit your personal information to PXL for any reason.

2. Notice - When personal information is collected, PXL will inform you the purpose for the collection.

3. Cookies - PXL's website (this "Site") may use a standard technology called a "cookie" to collect information about how you use this Site. A cookie is a small data file that certain websites write to your hard drive when you visit them. A cookie can contain information such as a user ID that the website uses to track the pages you have visited. The only personal information a cookie can contain is information you
supply yourself. A cookie cannot read data off your hard drive or read cookie files created by other sites. If you prefer not to receive cookies while browsing this Site, you can set your browser to warn you before  accepting cookies and refuse the cookie when your browser alerts you to its presence. Use - PXL uses your personal information (i) to fulfill your requests for products and services, (ii) to personalize your experience on this Site, (iii) to advise you of the latest product announcements, promotions or other information of possible interest to you, (iv) to improve the quality of our service to you and (v) to send you, or to have our business partner(s) send you, direct marketing information and survey materials. PXL will always give you the opportunity to "opt out" of receiving direct marketing information and survey materials.

5. Sharing and Disclosure - Your personal information may be shared with other PXL parent companies, subsidiary companies or companies under common control there with around the world. All such entities are governed by this Privacy Policy or are bound by the appropriate confidentiality agreements.  Your personal information may be stored and processed in the United States or any other country where such entities are located. PXL may disclose your personal information to third parties when (i) PXL has your consent, (ii) PXL needs to share your information in order to provide the products or services you have requested or (iii) PXL wants to keep you up to date on the latest product announcements, promotions or other information of possible interest to you. PXL will also disclose your personal information if required  to do so by law, to enforce our Terms and Conditions of Use or Terms and Conditions of Sale or to protect personal safety, the public or this Site. Except as otherwise set forth herein, PXL will not transfer your personal information to third parties without your consent.

6. Your Ability to Delete Your Account and Information - You may request deletion of your PXL account or any of your personal information held by PXL by sending an email to [email protected].

7. Data Security - Your PXL account information is protected by password for your privacy and security. PXL cannot ensure the security of the information you transmit to us. Accordingly, PXL encourages you to take every available precaution to protect your personal information when you are on the Internet. You should take steps to safeguard your password, including, without limitation, not writing down your password, not sharing your password with anyone,  changing your password often and using a combination of letters and numbers for your password.

8. Third Party Sites - This Site may contain links to other third-party websites. PXL is not responsible for the privacy practices of such third parties. Once you have left this Site, you should check the applicable privacy policy of the third party website to determine how they will handle any information they collect from you.

9. Changes to this Privacy Policy- PXL reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy from time to time in its sole discretion by updating this page. You should therefore periodically visit this page to determine the then-current Privacy Policy.

10. Compliance - Many but not all countries impose comprehensive data protection laws that regulate all personal data about identifiable individuals. The European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is one example of a comprehensive data protection law, and many other countries impose similar laws equally important. PXL complies with all applicable data privacy laws, including applicable comprehensive data protection laws, to the extent those laws reach PXL and its processing of specific personal data.

Privacy Policy for California
This PRIVACY NOTICE FOR CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS supplements the information contained in the Privacy Statement of PreXsentials LLC ("PXL") and its subsidiaries (collectively, "we," "us," or "our") and
applies solely to visitors, users, and others who reside in the State of California ("consumers" or "you"). We adopt this notice to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 ("CCPA") and other
California privacy laws. Any terms defined in the CCPA have the same meaning when used in this notice.

Information We Collect

We collect information that identifies, relates to, describes, references, is capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular consumer or device ("personal information"). In particular, we have collected the following categories of personal information from consumers within the last twelve (12) months:

Personal information does not include:

Publicly available information from government records.
▪ De-identified or aggregated consumer information.
▪ Information excluded from the CCPA's scope, like: health or medical information covered by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) and the California Confidentiality of Medical Information Act (CMIA) or clinical trial data; personal information covered by certain sector-specific privacy laws, including the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FRCA), the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) or California Financial Information Privacy Act (FIPA), and the Driver's Privacy Protection Act of 1994. We obtain the categories of personal information listed above from the following categories of sources:
▪ Directly from our consumers or their agents. For example, consumers provide information when
establishing an account and when ordering products.
▪ Indirectly from our consumers or their agents. For example, through information we collect from
our consumers in the course of providing services to them.
▪ Directly and indirectly from activity on our website (www.prexsentials.com, the "Site"). For example, from submissions through our website portal or website usage details collected automatically.

Use of Personal Information
We may use or disclose the personal information we collect for one or more of the following business purposes:
▪ to fulfill your requests for products and services;
▪ to personalize your experience on this Site;
▪ to advise you of the latest product announcements, promotions or other information of possible interest to you;

When we disclose personal information for a business purpose, we enter a contract that describes the purpose and requires the recipient to both keep that personal information confidential and not use it for any purpose except performing the contract.

In the preceding twelve (12) months, we have not sold any personal information. To the extent you ordered or received goods or services to be provided by a partner, we have provided personal information to those partners.

The CCPA provides consumers (California residents) with specific rights regarding their personal information. This section describes your CCPA rights and explains how to exercise those rights.

Access to Specific Information and Data Portability Rights

You have the right to request that we disclose certain information to you about our collection and use of your personal information over the past 12 months. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request, we will disclose to you:

▪ The categories of sources for the personal information we collected about you.
▪ Our business or commercial purpose for collecting that personal information.
▪ The categories of third parties with whom we share that personal information.

  • sales, identifying the personal information categories that each category of recipient

Deletion Request Rights

You have the right to request that we delete any of your personal information that we collected from you and retained, subject to certain exceptions. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request, we will delete (and direct our service providers to delete) your personal information from our records, unless an exception applies.

We may deny your deletion request pursuant to the CCPA, such as if retaining the information is necessary for us or our service providers to:

Complete the transaction for which we collected the personal information, provide a good or service that you requested, take actions reasonably anticipated within the context of our ongoing business relationship with you, or otherwise perform our contract with you.
▪ Detect security incidents, protect against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity, or prosecute those responsible for such activities.
▪ Debug products to identify and repair errors that impair existing intended functionality.
▪ Comply with the California Electronic Communications Privacy Act (Cal. Penal Code § 1546seq.).
▪ Enable solely internal uses that are reasonably aligned with consumer expectations based on your relationship with us.
▪ Comply with a legal obligation.
▪ Make other internal and lawful uses of that information that are compatible with the context in which you provided it.

Exercising Access, Data Portability, and Deletion Rights

To exercise the access, data portability, and deletion rights described above, please submit a verifiable consumer request to us by send us an email at [email protected].

If you have an account on the Site, please provide your account information so that your identity can be verified. Only you or a person registered with the California Secretary of State that you authorize to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information.

You may only make a verifiable consumer request for access or data portability twice within a 12-month period. The verifiable consumer request must:

  • Provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal information or an authorized representative.
  • Describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.

We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal information relates to you. Making a verifiable consumer request does not require you to create an account with us. We will only use personal information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor's identity or authority to make the request.

Response Timing and Format

We endeavor to respond to a verifiable consumer request within 45 days of its receipt. If we require more time (up to 90 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing. If you have an account with us, we will deliver our written response to that account. If you do not have an account with us, we will deliver our written response by mail or lectronically, at your option. Any disclosures we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding the verifiable consumer request's receipt. The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable. For data portability requests, we will select a format to provide your personal information that is readily useable and should allow you to transmit the information from one entity to another entity without hindrance.

We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
We do not sell your personal information. However, we support the CCPA by allowing California residents to opt-out of any future sale of their personal information. To the extent you ordered or received goods or services to be provided by a partner, you must consent to allowing us to provide personal information to those partners so that the transaction can be completed.

Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. Unless permitted by the CCPA, we will not:

▪ Charge you different prices or rates for goods or services, including through granting discounts or other benefits, or imposing penalties.
▪ Provide you a different level or quality of goods or services.
▪ Suggest that you may receive a different price or rate for goods or services or a different level or quality of goods or services.

Third-Party Websites

We may share your information with a third party, such as a partner, to fulfill an order. We are not
responsible for the data practices of any such third party and this Policy does not apply to the data practices of third-party websites and online services or the practices of other third parties. To learn about a thirdparty's data practices, please review the third-party's privacy policies.

Children's Privacy
