Before joining PlainsCapital Bank as AVP – Relationship Manager in April 2024, Ruiz held leadership roles at several Texas institutions:
• Harmony Bank: Vice President of Lending (2023–2024).
• Resource One Credit Union: Commercial Specialist and Branch Manager (2015–2023).
• Neighborhood Credit Union: Registered Personal Finance Officer beginning in 2005 through 2012. Holding Investment and Securities Licenses during this tenure.
