Greer Christian is an enterprise builder, executive strategist, educator, and business of sports practitioner with more than 30 years of leadership experience across strategic partnerships, enterprise sponsorships, brand strategy, financial services, higher education, and entrepreneurship.
Throughout her career, Greer has led initiatives with organizations including Walmart, Wells Fargo, JPMorgan Chase, Citibank, and Charles Schwab. She is also the former co-founder and operator of Pure NRG Cycle, a boutique fitness studio launched with the goal of developing the concept into a franchise. Today, as Founder and Managing Partner of Vigilant Management Group, a business advisory and consulting firm, Greer helps organizations, athletes, and families build, protect, and position themselves while understanding the business behind the opportunity.
Greer develops graduate curriculum and serves as an adjunct professor in Sports Management at Dallas Baptist University. She has previously taught Advanced Public Relations in Sports at Southern Methodist University and Entrepreneurship at Texas Christian University. She is also the author of the forthcoming book, The Vigilant Athlete: A Playbook for Families and Athletes Navigating the NIL Era. As a thought leader, Greer speaks on the business of sports, athlete branding, strategic decision-making, entrepreneurship, and business ownership, including expanding how athletes and families think about franchising and other pathways to ownership beyond traditional endorsement opportunities.
