Steven Bridges is the Industry & Education Engagement Manager for Workforce Solutions Greater Dallas. He has built a career in workforce development for over 29 years and specializes in Employer and Educational services for the Greater Dallas Workforce Board. Mr. Bridges has a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communications from Saint Edwards University in Austin, TX.

Steven helps lead the Strategic Initiatives division for the Dallas Board and has served on numerous educational advisory boards at the secondary and post-secondary level. His passion is developing relationships and partnerships that create strong career pathways for students and job seekers and true talent pipelines for industry. Steven has also started and owned several small businesses during his tenure workforce development.
