Tim Williams, CFE, is a veteran leader with over 25 years of experience in franchise development, operations, licensing, and commercial real estate. As Director of Franchise Development and Operations for Williams Fried Chicken, Inc. and Williams Chicken Licensing Company, Inc., he has driven the brand's growth into one of the nation's largest African American-owned franchise systems, operating more than 30 locations across Texas.

Beyond his corporate leadership, Tim serves as President of the Greater Dallas Restaurant Association and is a member of the Texas Restaurant Association Board of Directors.

Throughout his career, Tim has blended strategic business expansion with a deep commitment to community impact. He helped establish the Williams Chicken Partners in Education non-profit, forging alliances with major corporations and community groups to champion education, youth development, and hunger relief initiatives.

Tim earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas Tech University and holds the franchise industry's prestigious Certified Franchise Executive designation.
