Calvin Golden is a seasoned franchise executive, entrepreneur, and business strategist with more than 35 years of franchise-industry experience. He played an instrumental role in developing Wingstop's early franchise business model, helping establish franchise documentation, training and operational systems, construction standards, national distribution, and the sale of the brand's first franchise locations. He later became a successful multi-unit Wingstop franchisee and owner-operator.

In 2005, Wingstop honored Golden with its Lifetime Achievement Award in recognition of his contributions to the brand.

He has also served on the Wingstop Charities Board and continues to advise entrepreneurs and organizations on franchising, operations, business development, and scalable growth.

Golden currently serves as Managing Director and Co-Founder of ScaleWise Franchise, where he applies decades of firsthand franchisor and franchisee experience to franchise development, operations, strategic growth, and the creation of scalable business systems. His expertise continues to be sought by established and emerging brands, including work supporting the modernization and U.S. expansion strategy.
